The “Celluvisc trick” impedes debris/mucous from migrating underneath the scleral lens. To use with scleral lenses, put 2-3 drops of Celluvisc or TheraTears Liqiud Gel Nighttime in the bowl of your lens, and fill the rest of the bowl with unit dose unpreserved saline.
