In addition, it was reported that a minimum concentration of at least 0.1% sodium hypochlorite can effectively inactivate coronaviruses (HCoV) in 1 minute.

Progent has a strong, rapid action against all organisms that can contaminate the lenses, including bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and amoebae. Research has shown that viruses and acanthamoebes on lenses treated with Progent were inactivated in less than five minutes.
